'SOGNARE'

Hans Op de Beeck’s 'Pond' is the next work to be inserted into the Oasis-like calm of The St. Regis, Rome. A sculptural and enchanting manifestation of a pond, the dark water contrasts with the light grey and white flowers and lily pads, reminding us of Op de Beeck’s tendency to draw us in to a fairy-tale world that teeters on the boundary between reality and fantasy.
