CARSTEN HÖLLER 'Brutalisten and The Brutalist Kitchen Manifesto'

We Are Ona, the avant-garde culinary studio renowned for its unique and ephemeral dining experiences, is excited to announce a collaboration with Carsten Höller's Stockholm-based restaurant, Brutalisten, featuring chefs Coen Dieleman and Stefan Eriksson, during the upcoming Art Basel in Paris.

From October 14th to 20th, the pop-up will take place inside an iconic Paris train station, offering a monochromatic, fully immersive scenography in black and white—except for the vibrant colors of the food and drinks.

Chefs Coen and Stefan will craft a 6-course tasting menu for lunch and an 8-course menu for dinner, accompanied by a specially curated beverage selection by Brutalisten and Luca Pronzato.
