In summer 2023, the Collection Lambert will devote the entire two floors of the Hôtel de Montfaucon to the Cameroonian artist Pascale Marthine Tayou. Tayou has been a close friend of the Collection for almost 10 years, and took part in the major exhibition in the former Sainte-Anne prison, La disparition des lucioles, where his Poupées and geniuses imbued the former prison cells with their poetic presence.

Now, at the Collection Lambert, he is unveiling a new project in which most of the works have been designed and produced for the venue.

Entitled Petits Riens, the exhibition takes the form of a sensitive journey through the 'chaos of the world', to borrow a phrase from Edouard Glissant. Each installation becomes a pretext for an open conversation in which our deepest convictions are challenged, and in which new situations are invented, giving rise to new ways of looking at the world.
